This is a large beach on the southwest facing side of the Lleyn Peninsula. It is also known as Hell's Mouth, and is a popular spot with surfers. It is predominantly sandy in nature, with a pebbly foreshore. The area lies within the Sea cliffs of Lleyn Site of Special Scientific Interest and Special Area of Conservation, the Lleyn Peninsula and the Sarnau Special Area of Conservation, and the Llyn Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
